Day One - 09.12.2022

This is going to be fun - so last time I did the 90 Day Challenge, I fell into the world of social media. I fell in love with creating, talking about mental health & spirituality; I mean I don’t think I would be here today as a spiritual entrepreneur if it wasn’t for this challenge. I have no idea what is going to come out of this but all I know is that today I am BUZZING with energy & I hope you embark on this challenge with me as we transform our mind, body and soul.

So first let’s talk about what this challenge is all about. Today marks Day One of transforming our mind, body and soul in a way that is condusive to our pre-existing lifestyle. I mean we are all busy; we are all working towards our dreams & ambitions, and I don’t want this to feel like another thing that’s added to your plate - I mean I certainly don’t want to give this challenge that energy. I think the reason I found success in social media with talking about mental health, spirituality and manifestation is because it was so authentic to ME and through the consistency of this challenge and writing this blog every single day, I gave myself the confidence of just that: CONSISTENCY. There is a powerful force behind doing an action everyday and I know that I want to transform every area of my life and really uplevel - so I am going back to my roots of writing, creating, speaking and inspiring you to have it all.

We’re going to be focusing on three main areas like I mentioned: mind, body & soul.

Mind:

  • Affirmations & mindset work

  • Writing everyday on this blog

  • Read

  • Gratitude journaling

  • Scripting

  • Challenging myself to become more familiar with philosophy, psychology, art & literature

  • How I Will Measure: Journaling everyday, feeling the shifts in my reality, paying attention to the reflection that is the outer world

Body:

  • I want hair & nail growth

  • Feel healthier & more active

  • Yoga flows without guidance from a teacher or video

  • Pilates, yoga, walking, running & maybe weights if I ever decide to sign up for a gym

  • How I Will Measure: Progress pictures of my hair & body

Soul:

  • Get dressed everyday

  • Meditation

  • Listen to frequency music and be really cognizant of what media I consume

  • Sleep affirmation tapes

  • Feel connected to those around me

  • Work on my self concept to friends & community

  • Build my business to the next level

  • How I Will Measure: Looking at my reality, honoring my emotions, allowing myself to fall & get back up, loving myself throughout this journey no matter how it looks on a given day.

So here are the overall goals. Feel free to tailor them as you please and try to not look at this as “YOU MUST DO ALL THESE THINGS EVERYDAY OTHERWISE YOU ARE A FAILURE.” That mindset is not what is going to get you to where you want, rather pick and choose some SMART goals and work from there. This is what mine looks like:

  • write everyday

  • pilates, walking, yoga & maybe run everyday

  • get ready everyday

  • eat healthy

I know these four goals are going to be easy for me to do everyday and I can easily incorporate them into my daily life. I am trying to uplevel, not burn out! I want an easy, inspiring, BUZZING, exciting, peaceful, loving, discplined, caring, hollistic, beautiful life. I do not want to work so hard everyday and become drained - but I do want to achieve massive success so this balance is how I am going to achieve my desired result. After all, abundance in all forms starts in the mind and I know that these subconscious shifts is what is going to help me uplevel. I cannot wait to go on this journey, it feels like opportunities and amazing life experiences are already flowing to me that I keep asking myself, how does it get better than this??
