Filmmaking Projects
Storytelling is recognized as the oldest method to communicate a valuable lesson. I have a genuine love for films, books and music and have learned over the years a thing or two about making film projects. Check out The Indian Standard where I create films, documentaries and magazine to share mental health stories to & from South Asians.

Content Creation
is how it all started. In 2020, I began making videos about my mental health journey in an effort to bring more awareness to the day-to-day of healing. My hope was, if I was more vulnerable with you, you would be vulnerable with yourself.
